Vijay Khatri has been appointed as the new Dean of the Leeds School of Business at CU Boulder.

He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, having previously served as the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs and Research at the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.

Khatri's appointment comes at an exciting time for the Leeds School of Business, as it continues to build on its reputation as a leading business school in the United States. With over 20 years of experience in higher education, Khatri is well-equipped to lead the school through its next phase of growth and development.

One of the key areas of focus for Khatri will be strengthening the school's ties with the business community. He has emphasized the importance of creating partnerships with local and national businesses, in order to provide students with real-world experience and help them develop the skills they need to succeed in the workplace.

Khatri is also committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion at the Leeds School of Business. He recognizes the importance of creating an inclusive environment where all students and faculty feel valued and supported. He has already taken steps to increase diversity among the school's faculty, and has pledged to continue these efforts during his tenure as Dean.

Another area of focus for Khatri will be innovation in business education. He believes that the traditional model of business education is no longer sufficient to prepare students for the rapidly changing business landscape. To this end, he plans to introduce new programs and initiatives that will help students develop the skills they need to be successful in the 21st century.

Overall, Khatri's appointment as Dean of the Leeds School of Business is a significant development for the school and the broader business community. His experience, expertise, and commitment to innovation and diversity make him the ideal candidate to lead the school through its next phase of growth and development. We look forward to seeing what the future holds for the Leeds School of Business under his leadership.
