Valmont Bike Park is a 42-acre, natural surface cycling terrain park
The park is free and open daily from dawn to dusk as weather and trail conditions allow. The park admin posts constantly on social media so you can always find out what’s open easily online.
There are extensive trails for just about any kind of biking you’d want to do including jumps, sand pits, lots of dirt track and labeled trails with varying degrees of difficulty.
The official location is on airport road, just north of Valmont, and just a bit east of foothills parkway.
It seems like there’s something here for every age and it’s adjacent to the Valmont dog park and pavilion, and there’s a trail over to the Valmont disc golf course and sports field.
There’s parking, and an RTD bus stop unless of course you want to ride on the local multi use trails to the park.
