Vaisala is a Finnish based company specializing in weather monitoring equipment. Vaisala is expanding their existing Louisville, Colorado campus by another 38,000 square feet.
The people at Oz, and Vaisala intend to pay homage to the company's worldwide base in Finland with crisp moder, and minimalist spaces. It's also being built to be net zero to hit the buttons for those concerned with energy efficiency.
Vaisala employs about 150 local people, and about 1,800 worldwide. Once the new building is finished, operations will move from their current space into the new building. Construction is expected sometime in the summer of 2020.
