The Silo Subdivision is being delayed again. This time the concern is over engineering concerns. The proposed storm water drainage into the nearby gulch seems to be an issue. Both Boulder County and Urban Drainage and Flood Control District regulators seem to have some issue with the projects water conveyance into Bullhead Gulch.
Eventually the project will include an adjacent commercial development, as well as about 450 homes, including single family and multi family homes.
