73 affordable housing units will replace a former parking lot space on Coffman in Longmont. Called The Spoke on Coffman, there will be a new multi-use neighborhood.
With a huge crane towering over downtown Longmont work progresses on a much needed project that will bring many new homes to town during a time where there is a massive lack of needed housing.
The $30 million project is on track to be completed in March of next year.
