Is Covid-19 Affecting Boulder Real Estate

If you've been wondering about whether or not the Corona / Covid-19 virus is affecting the local Boulder, Colorado real estate market well, the answer is yes and no.

It hasn't seemed to have much effect on the amount of business being done, but it has had an effect on the way we conduct ourselves while doing business.

As you can see, there's lots of activity in the last week just within our RE/MAX Alliance office. Over 100 new listings, and about the same amount of homes under contract, it's clear the market is extremely active.

These kind of numbers reflect a very typical amount of activity for this time of year, and I hope you'll get in touch if you're thinking about moving.

Please know that we're taking the current health situation very seriously and taking all the recommended precautions and perhaps more to be sure that we do everything we can to help everyone stay safe and healthy.

In fact just today virtual closings and virtual document signings have been legally approved to keep us safe. So, not just 6 feet and separate cars... but very thoughtful and appropriate measures to continue to do business without risking our client's health or our health.

Thinking about moving? Call or text me today! 303-520-0070

I’d seriously enjoy having the opportunity to talk to you about your plans if you’re moving, or if you know someone who is considering a move, and needs some straight answers.

Also, I’m never too busy for your referrals. As a real estate professional intent on giving back to the community, my relationship-based approach is exactly what you’ve been looking for in a helpful RE/MAX Professional.
