Resource Central, a Boulder non profit is helping people rethink their landscaping choices, and encouraging us to conserve water. Garden In A Box is a xeriscape program offers garden plants tailored to Colorado soil and climate. The plants use about 60% less water than traditional grass lawns. That translates into saving about 1000 gallons of water per year.
