In the last few weeks, Boulder City Council has once again looked at their policies about occupancy limits on rented homes in the city. Currently the city council refused to suspend the city's occupancy limits this fall.
The city council did agree to consider taking another look at the issue sometime in the next year to determine if long-term changes in occupancy limits are possible.
