Originally from Overland Park / Johnson County Kansas , Zachary attended The University of Colorado Boulder, Fort Lewis College in Durango and The Art Institute of Denver.
As a dedicated athlete, Zachary earned a black belt in Shotokan Karate and continues training in Aikido and Tai Chi today. True to his adventurous spirit, Zachary was a pioneering snowboarder in the early 1990’s and continues to ride, happy to pass his skills along to new riders.
Today, Zachary and his wife take full advantage of Boulder’s extraordinary hiking trails with their newly adopted 80 pound pointer Mr. Pink as well as exploring the many mountain bike opportunities in the area. When not working for his numerous clients , Zachary and his family enjoy investigating real estate investments, traveling to inspiring cities such as Venice, Lublijana, Cancun, Paris, Amsterdam, Santa Fe, Valencia, and Rome ~ always inspired by the architecture and culture, and learning what qualities universally make a house a home.

Is Boulder a walkable city?Boulder is an extremely walkable city. I have several clients who walk instead of driving a car almost exclusively.

Is Boulder a bike friendly city?Boulder is very bike-able, and ranks as a "Biker's Paradise". So many trails throughout the city make it easy to commute via bike. Consider also the bike lanes along 13th and also Walnut St. as well as many other multi-use trails.

Is Boulder dog friendly?Boulder has many dog-friendly parks, hiking trails, and shopping and restaurant districts. Double check before you go though, since some places may have restrictions, such as on Pearl Street between 11th and 15th Steets and the Boulder Farmers' Market.
